Standard Edition

Installations come with 1-year free Maintenance, Support and Upgrade (MSU), which includes free email and telephone support. MSU may be extended for an additional year for 30% of the license cost.
Valid MSU is required for free support after 12 months. Support-only Contracts and Per-incident Support are also available.

e-Discovery Edition

Installations come with 1-year free Maintenance, Support and Upgrade (MSU), which includes free email and telephone support. e-Discovery licenses are valid for single-case use.
Support after 12 months is on a Per-incident Support basis.

In exceptional circumstances Annual Support contracts are available for e-Discovery installations.
