Real-time Email Capture
The system captures the flow of email into and out of your organization and between all of the internal and external users. mailTame works with your existing mail server, and requires minimal changes in configuration to your current email flow. The system provides a pass-through email service that takes an archive copy of each message, complete with any MIME-encoded attachments.
The original email continues on its normal path.

Easy Search by Email Fields
mailTame provides archive searching for the usual email fields (To:, From:, CC:, Subject:, and Body) and within Date Ranges. Results are displayed in the manner of a conventional browser-based email system.

Intuitive, Customizable User Interface
mailTame has a web-based management system, and has a customizable 'skin'. It is a straightforward task to replace the editable graphics and text with your own - to match in with your website or corporate style. The search interface itself is completely intuitive and the built-in advanced Artificial Intelligence is fully automatic.

Easy to Install
mailTame is a comprehensive solution that runs on a Windows 2003 Server attached to your network. That mailTame server then becomes a dedicated archive, analysis and discovery appliance.
